Minidump
What minidumps are
Applications can produce minidump files, which contain a useful subset of the information about exceptions.
In short words minidump is a little file, that will help us in case of you having a blue screen.
How to send minidump
Go to C:\Windows\Minidump
Find the latest created file.
Copy the latest created file on the desktop.
Send us the file from the desktop.

MsInfo
What MsInfo is
Msinfo is a collection of infromation about your pc, that helps us in fixing issues with solutions.
How to find and send MsInfo
Open your windows search and type in msinfo32.

Press system summary in the left part of the msinfo.

Go to left upper corner of msinfo, press file, export.

Take a screenshot of the msinfo, and upload it in pair with the .txt version of msinfo32.

Which files do we require, and why
We require these files:
winload.efi
hvloader.dll
hvix64.exe
hvax64.exe
ntoskrnl.exe
ci.dll
The reason that we require these files for, is that they help us fix the issues that may appear, since they might be different from windows to windows, we might require them in order to fix your specific issue.
How to find and send required files.
Go to C:\Windows\System32
Find HVIX64.exe
Copy and paste it on your desktop.
Find hvloader.dll
Copy and paste it on your desktop.
Find hvax64.exe
Copy and paste it on your desktop.
Find ci.dll
Copy and paste it on your desktop.
Find Ntoskrnl.exe
Copy and paste it on your desktop.
Find Winload.efi
Copy and paste it on your desktop.
Send the files from your desktop.
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR WINLOAD.EFI TO BE THE SYSTEM32 ONE, AND NOT THE ONE PLACED IN SYSTEM32/BOOT
